By accessing this website (insightbridge.in) or booking any service offered by Insight Bridge by Saloni, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Insight Bridge by Saloni provides personal career coaching and talent advisory services including:
All services are delivered by Saloni Bhatnagar, a certified career counselor and talent acquisition professional. Sessions are conducted online via video call unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.
All service bookings begin with an enquiry form submission or direct contact via LinkedIn or WhatsApp. A session is confirmed only after:
Insight Bridge reserves the right to decline or reschedule sessions at its discretion.
Session fees are communicated after understanding your individual needs and the type of service requested. Fees must be paid in full before the session commences, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.
If Insight Bridge needs to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session, the client will be offered a full rescheduled session at a mutually convenient time or a complete refund if rescheduling is not possible.
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Insight Bridge does not guarantee refunds once a session has been completed. For cancelled sessions within the cancellation window described above, refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, career frameworks, session materials and program structures are the intellectual property of Insight Bridge by Saloni unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written permission.
Insight Bridge treats all personal information shared during coaching sessions with complete confidentiality. Your career details, personal circumstances, documents and session discussions will not be shared with any third party without your written consent.
Clients are also expected to treat any proprietary frameworks or session materials shared by Insight Bridge with confidentiality.
Career coaching and advisory services are designed to improve your readiness and confidence. However, Insight Bridge does not guarantee any specific outcome including job placement, salary improvement, interview selection or admission results. The effectiveness of the guidance depends on the client's own effort, application and circumstances beyond Insight Bridge's control.
Insight Bridge by Saloni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any career decisions made based on coaching advice. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session or program in question.
